The goal of the 30 day challenge is to train every single day for 30 days for at least 30 minutes and take a short video to demonstrate your work. I took on the extra challenge to ensure that the work I was showing was ideas I had never done before. I thought it would be easy to accomplish, since I do juggle every day, but there are some days that are more difficult to fit it in than others, for sure! I missed 2 days because of injury and illness (always be careful when training daily!), but in the end I was proud to complete it. Besides contact juggling, I played Ukulele daily, did 20 minute runs, did stretching & flexibility training and practiced french on Duolingo. I recommend you try the 30 day challenge too!
