Today I enjoyed being in the International Women’s Day Parade with all the women’s organizations in town. Although the actual celebration day is March 8th, this is the weekend which we have to celebrate our achievements for women’s rights! I believe we still have a ways to go before women and men truly are treated equal(and that many other minority groups have equal voices) in our society, but I sure am blessed to have been born in Canada, so I celebrate how far we’ve come today as a demographic in our culture (By being a woman juggling) !
